Waking up in a room besides the Mekong River! Amazing. When I arrived yesterday it was dark so I couldn't see the nice view!

After the workshop, a staff member of Svay Rieng University, Mr. Phat Panhvoan, drives me to Svay Rieng. 2 Students join us and it is a very nice and beautiful drive. Lots of nature, rice fields and we make a stop by a women, who makes ambak (a sort of roasted riceflakes). My kids will be happy to taste them with vegetable milk and a banana. Making this is a very hard job!
